If you have not purchased your parking permit, we encourage you to take advantage of the free bus service provided by Pullman Transit to all WSU students, faculty and staff. To take advantage of the park and ride option, you may park for free without a permit in the Park and Ride parking lots.
There are two lots:
West of the Valley Intramural Play Field at the intersection of Valley Road and NE Merman Way,
and on the east end of the Chief Joseph apartments on Terre View Drive.

Pullman Transit Bus Service:
During the regular school year, you will need to show your WSU ID to board the bus for free. During Orientation, drivers will allow you to ride for free without WSU identification.
Pullman Transit Routes A and I will be running during orientation (go to www.pullmantransit.com for schedules). Both of these routes stop at the Park and Ride lots.
On either route, get off the bus at the Bookie (Student Book Corporation), and make the 7 minute walk to Todd Hall or the Smith Center. For directions to these academic buildings, please see the WSU Campus Map at www.wsu.edu/campusmap .
